Cheryl Shipman is a staff member at the University of Pennsylvania, a Penn alumna and on the Christian Association Board. She is not currently a member of any church but attends services at First United Methodist Church of Germantown. Her interests range from neighborhood-level organization to local control of food supplies, maintenance of green space, organic farms and other local eco-logic and eco-nomic issues.
